At Soyaconcept, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a style doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Fill Out the Return Form

  Locate the return form included in your original parcel and mark the items you wish to return along with the reason code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the goods are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
